OUTSIDE MY WINDOW.... IT IS GRAY AND CLOUNDY, THE TREES IN THE NEIGHBORS YARD ARE STARTING TO LEAF OUT. I CAN SEE THE YEARLING CALVES OUT GRAZING, HOPE THEY ARE ENJOYING THEMSELVES, CAUSE LATER TODAY THEY ARE PROBABLY GONNA BE CHASED AROUND AND ROPED. THEY PRACTICE ROPING MOST EVERY AFTERNOON. IS FUN TO WATCH.
I AM THINKING..... About the brownies we (the girls and I) are going to make, and if we should do double batches.
I AM THANKFUL FOR.... My family and friends.
FROM THE KITCHEN....... Chicken, I have leftover fried chicken and carrots, not fried. So it's possibly a crockpot stew or a potpie in the castiron, hmmmmmmm, not sure yet which one. Cause really I'd like to make tacos....
I AM WEARING..... Socks, my feet are cold this morning, my fave blue jeans, and old worn fave black shirt that I CAN'T seem to get rid of.
I AM GOING...... Hopefully to pick up our tax refund, still waiting for the phone to ring with the goood news..... and waiting...................................
